Viper - a world-wide criminal organization revolving around a serpentine motif. Bases of operations known as "nests".

"The Viper Sting" - a scenario where agents of Project: Genetics pose as Viper agents so they can engage and study metahumans.

Virgo - (Jane Blonsky) a mentalist criminal. Member of the Zodiac Gang.

V'Lei - an intergalactic prison world.

V-Man - see Black Star. Brief member of the Gladiators. Former member of SURGE.

Void - an alien whose body creates great teleportational fields.
