La Reata I - (Jose Pedro Lopez) a Spaniard hero during WWII.

Larynx - (Scott Ballard) hero given his sonic powers by the Omni-Lords. Member of the Protectors. Married to Hydro Girl.

Latigo - a Spanish martial artist with a whip. Member of Eurostar.

Lazer - (Emil Nelson) marksman for hire who specializes in laser blasting weapons. Occasional ally of the Enforcers.

Le Sone - (Jean Dubois) a battlesuit wearing Frenchman. Member of Eurostar.

Leigh, Sybil - a practicing witch who helped train Alan Haygner (Mystifier) in the mystical arts.

Lelak - a powerful alien, the last survivor of Notpyrk.

Leo - (Todd Mendel) the powerful beast-like leader of the Zodiac Gang.

Libra - (Brenda Thompson) a member of the Zodiac Gang.

Lifestyles Unlimited - an upscale boutique in Manhattan run by Rita Mason-Ballard, Andrea Donalson and Trish Cabre.

Live Wire - (Leonard Kliner) electricity wielding criminal. Sworn enemy of Dr. Speed.
