Datatronics Corporation - a hi-tech company in the US with its home offices in Baltimore, MD.

Death Commando - killer in a battlesuit. Member of Deathstroke.

Deathsinger - see Requiem

Deathstroke - a team of super-villains lead by Requiem (formerly Deathsinger). Other members include: Chiller, Death Commando, Scatterbrain, Shockwave and Stinger.

DEMON - a mystical, criminal organization of world-wide scope.

Destroyer - last member of a conqueoring alien race known as the Destroyers. Sworn enemy of the Justice Gang.

Dr. Delirium - (David Handrake) mentalist with a penchant for torture. Member of the Octagon and the Evil Elite.

Dr. Destroyer - (Dr. Albert Zerstoiten) an ultra-powerful would-be world conqueror.

Dr. Dream - (Mara Draum) a powerful mentalist. Enemy of the Justice Gang.

Dr. Electrode - (Franz Ruttenberg) a Nazi German criminal with electric abilities.

Dr. McQuark's Superhero Supply and Gymnasium - Facility started by Dr. McQuark to help equip and train superheroes.

Dr. Speed - (Dr. Alan Knight) senior speedster. Founding member of the Justice Gang.

Dot - a member of CLOWN with a unique alien battlesuit.

Dunbar, Daniel "Diamond" - a New York City mobster in the 1930's and 1940's. Grandfather of Jake "Steel Claw" Dunbar.

Durak - (Ivan Starankov) a Russian powerhouse. Member of Eurostar.
