Ecstasy - a beautiful yet deadly android created by Professor Muerte.

El Loco - (Kiara Rosario)a crazed costumed killer

Emotion - (Karen Page) mentalist who can project moods. Sister of the User. Member of the Protectors.

The Enforcers - a trio of metahumans for hire (Mover, Shaker and Machete). Part-time allies of Lazer.

Eurostar - an organization of super-criminals that operates mostly out of Europe. Members come from various European countries. Members include: Bora, Durak, Fiacho (leader), Latigo, Le Sone, Mentalla, and Pantera.

The Evil Elite - a quartet of villains who broke off from the original line-up of the Octagon. Members are Doctor Delirium, Golden Greek, Madame Mammoth and Prince Pyro.
