Necromancer - (Stephen Haygner) a heroic sorceror who protected the Earth from the 1940's until the late 1960's. Father of Alan Haygner (Mystifier).

Neutron - (Hassan Akbar) a criminal mutant with magnetic powers.

Neutron Man I - (Jerry Seval, Joe Scheuller) the costumed identity shared by two former WWII soldiers.

Neutron Man II - (Jack Reardon) stuntman turned super-hero.

The New Genetics - a group of youthful metahumans created and controlled by Dr. Kale of Project: Genetics. Members include Blob, Los Puertos, Peepers, and Waterfall.

Newstime - a weekly magazine published from New York City. Diana Kane (Amazon) is employed there as a journalist.

Night Owl I - (Donna Moore) a costumed heroine that fought crime state-side during WWII.

Night Owl II - (Crystal Tofana) blind heroine. Member of the Protectors. Married to Jerry Page (the User).

Night Ranger - see Shadow Talon.

Night Rider - (Ron McCullough) a 20th century bandit who rides a mechanical horse named Ebony.

Nitwit Nigel - a member of CLOWN with a love of Monty Python sketches.
