History: After being attacked in their own headquaters by the Protectors, Madame Mammoth made a fateful decision. Taking the weapon of one of her teammates, she opened a teleportal and instructed three other villains to escape with her, leaving the rest of the Octagon to be captured. With a much more streamlined group, Mammoth believed they would be more successful. She rechristened her new team as 'the Evil Elite'.
