Base of Operations: Baltimore, MD
History: The three heroes who would end up forming this team worked together for the first time in 1990 when the Sinister Spectrum appeared at the Dillin Memorial Museum in Baltimore. They stayed united to track down this common foe and in the process became a loosely formed group. The city of Baltimore helped establish them in a base of operations that was publicly known. The membership of the team fluctuated as some new members joined up while others departed. Julie Cameron (Trance) served as the team's secretary/receptionist at their headquarters.
